Overview

DHA Phase 9 Prism has a total of 16 Blocks, which include Block A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,J,K,L,M,N,P,Q & R Blocks. Out of these 16 blocks, only block D,E,F,G,Q & R Blocks have possession. The rest of the blocks are non possession.

Even in the possession blocks, there are some lots that have not been handed over possession as of yet, but will be soon as the development in these blocks is almost complete. The overall development in Phase 9 Prism is fast paced and it is expected that many other blocks would receive possession soon aswell.

What is Possession?

Possession of a plot in DHA is basically the allowance to the owner to construct a house on the designated plot. It marks the completion of all development work needed to hold the process of construction such as electricity, sewerage system, water supply, roads access etc.
