C Block of Phase 9 Prism lies between A Block & B Block. It has direct access from the Phase 5 M Extension entrance of Phase 9 Prism. It also is directly connected to the 150ft main boulevard. The Block has only 1 Kanal & 10 Marla residential plots and a few 4 & 8 Marla commercial plots. 2 Kanal & 5 Marla residential plots aren’t available.
Overall the block is very good, due to it’s location and positioning in the Phase. But a major drawback of C Block is the village named as ‘Harpalke Village’ which lies within the block. The lower portion of the block doesn’t get affected by it much but the plots closer to the village do get affected as the roads connect the block directly with the village. Although it could also be considered a positive thing because that makes the rates here cheaper than some clearer blocks.
